Common questions 

The industry standard is 5 days a week. Usually Monday through Friday. But we offer anywhere 3 to 7 days a week. Morning, afternoon, or evening pick-up times. Whatever works best for your property, communnity and goals.  

It all really depends on your property’s location, quality and time of year but the industry standars range from $7 to $125 per door/unit.

Realistically, within 3-5 days of contract signing with us. 

Absolutely, you’ll have your own personal advisor. At Amennity, we’re all about building a strong, one-on-one connection between you and your us. We know everyone’s financial path is different, so we pair every client with a dedicated advisor who’s focused on getting to know you and helping you reach your unique financial and property goals.
